Hosted by a Family Who Loves to Travel
Our Story
We build stays we would want for our own family: welcoming, easy, and memorable.
From a Love of the Outdoors to a Home for Your Trip
Ascent Cohosting began with weekends in the Smoky Mountains and summers on the Gulf Coast. We fell for both, and set out to share them the right way: real homes, honest rates, and hosting you can feel.
Today we host cabins and beach homes across Tennessee and Florida. We manage each one ourselves, so the same care goes into every stay, whether you are chasing mountain views or sunsets over the water.
Rooted in the Mountains
Cabins in the heart of the Smokies, minutes from trails, downtowns, and the national park.
At Home on the Coast
Beach houses and condos on the Gulf, steps from that famous white sand and clear water.
